REYM was expanding its activities in Emmen and needed to grow the team. Our goal was to create a video that puts the Emmen location front and centre, showing the people, the atmosphere, and the work, so it not only explains what they do but also motivates new talent to apply.
Most recruitment content stays generic. It tells you a company is growing, but it does not show what a specific location actually feels like. Our challenge was to capture the real Emmen experience, the people, the pace, and the working environment, and turn it into a clear story that candidates immediately connect with and want to be part of.
We built the video around the location itself. We planned a shoot that follows the natural flow of a workday in Emmen, capturing real moments, team interaction, and the atmosphere on site. By combining wide shots to establish the location with closer, human details, we created a film that feels authentic and inviting. The edit is energetic and straightforward, designed to give viewers a strong impression within seconds and encourage them to take the next step and apply.
